43th NATIONAL DAY DINNER & EXCELLENCE AWARDS: TRC has for the past 3 years been in the forefront in organizing the National Day Celebrations on behalf of the Tamil Community. Under the theme, "Unity Under One Umbrella", the event is a showcase for the unity, cohesiveness and cooperation amongst the various Tamil based Community Organisations in Singapore. This year's event was held on Saturday, 30th August 2008 at The Grassroots Club in Yio Chu Kang. The event was organized with the support of TRC's Affiliate organizations. More than 500 people from all walks of life attended the event and enjoyed themselves. « less
