20歲的日本環球小姐＜森理世Riyo Mori＞榮獲2007年度＜環球小姐＞總決賽冠軍＜去年日本環球小姐鞍羅知花獲得亞軍＞。2007環球小姐選美決賽，5月28日晚間在墨西哥首都墨西哥市的墨西哥國家音樂廳降下帷幕，日本佳麗＜森理世Riyo Mori＞奪得＜環球小姐＞桂冠。其次的亞軍為巴西小姐，季軍為委內瑞拉小姐，第4名韓國小姐；之前有希望奪冠的美國小姐，在晚禮服項目意外摔跤，摔掉了后冠，落到第5名。
